Who can register?
Babies born in or after 2013 that are registered with the South Acton Children’s Centre can be registered in the scheme.
How do I register?
You can collect a form at the South Acton Children’s Centre, complete it and leave it with their lovely staff at the reception or if you prefer you can post it to us.
You can pick up a form at one of our events where we will be registering children on the day or download the registration form here.
